A Seniors Helper is your new best friend.
They are people in your community that have had first hand experience with a particular aged care, home care, or retirement village service and are here to help you decide if a service is a right fit for you.
Seniors Helper will be available to chat via message with you and answer any questions you may want to ask before you choose a particular service or home.
Having a real person for you to chat with will help people make an informed decision.
Do you want to become a Seniors Helper?
Are you living, visiting or working in an aged care facility, home care service or retirement village?
By registering your interest to be a Seniors Helper you play an important role and are considered an ‘Ambassador’ for the service you are familiar with.
You don’t have to give out your personal information, it’s just a message through the platform. All the communication will be made through the platform and you don’t have to disclose your real name to the care seeker.
This provides you with an opportunity to help others and give back to the community by sharing your experience.
There is no obligation to continue and you can cancel at anytime.
Aged Care, Home Care and Retirement Village providers initially will need to nominate Senior’s Helpers.
