David Gavin Hawkesbury Shame

Since 2016 care has deteriorated, only recent cert 3 are employed little staff empathy towards residents, family keep cleaning products in rooms to keep rooms clean, weekends have skeleton staff with no activities for residents, when residents die neither staff nor management show any compassion and do not contact bereaved families other than to have room emptied. Contracts state 1 week to vacate room, residents effects put into corridor after two days and new resident moved in. Medical care poor, with residents given wrong medication at times, doctors fail to see patients needing care, staff ring the wrong families regarding resident status-staff do not know their residents, staff do not respond to verbal calls for help or the the residents buzzer, toilet doors left open when resident on toilet, residents left naked/partly clothed in full sight of the suite door. Experienced staff leave because of the treatment they receive from management. Received full accreditation in 2017. A joke.
